A graduated pipette is a type of laboratory pipette which is used to accurately measure and dispense a specific volume of liquid. It is usually made of glass or plastic, and has a long, slender tube with a bulb at one end and a tapered tip at the other. The volume of liquid dispensed can be adjusted by using a pipette controller or bulb attached to the top of the pipette. The graduations on the tube indicate the volume of liquid dispensed, typically in milliliters (ml) or microliters (µl).
